A Digital Health Record is a secure online record of your medical history, consultations and prescriptions. Your Digital Health Record starts on the day that you sign up to the Elephant system.
When your health provider registers you on the Elephant system, they will give you an Elephant card, which can be scanned to give secure access to your Digital Health Record. If you don’t yet have an Elephant Card, please visit any local healthcare provider powered by Elephant to obtain yours.
